− Opis obiektu był nieprecyzyjny i wprowadzał w błąd. Jednym z głównych kryteriów wyboru była klimatyzacja, tymczasem działała ona wyłącznie na parterze (salon i kuchnia). Trzy sypialnie na piętrze nie były klimatyzowane, przez co przy wysokich temperaturach były kompletnie nieużyteczne. W efekcie przez cały pobyt cztery osoby spały na materacach w salonie, bez prywatności i w niekomfortowych warunkach. W związku z tym realnie korzystaliśmy tylko z mniejszej części obiektu, co oznacza, że cena była zdecydowanie zawyżona jak na faktyczny standard i dostępność przestrzeni. Dodatkowo standard czystości w kuchni był niewystarczający — szafki oraz naczynia były zabrudzone i wymagały mycia przed użyciem. Łazienki (zarówno na dole, jak i na górze) nie posiadały wentylacji, co powodowało duży dyskomfort podczas korzystania. Zgłaszaliśmy problem właścicielce w trakcie pobytu. Jako rozwiązanie zaproponowano jedynie otwieranie okien, nie uznając braku klimatyzacji na piętrze za problem. Wentylatory w sypialniach które są podane jako udogodnienia kompletnie nie spełniają swojej roli nie wpływają na obniżenie temperatury. Sprawa została zgłoszona do Booking — platforma uznała, że istnieją podstawy do reklamacji i kontaktowała się z właścicielką. Niestety właścicielka odmówiła jakiejkolwiek rekompensaty lub rozwiązania problemu. Ostatecznie Booking przyznał częściowy zwrot kosztów.

− Sorry, but I did not like there was no air conditioning upstairs. It was so hot with no breeze. I am a woman of a certain age also which didn’t help.

10.0Idealne miejsce na kilkudniowy wyjazd! Super kontakt z właścicielką. Prywatny parking na zamkniętym osiedlu. W okolicy sklepy i restauracje. Polecam! 😀

Therefore, if it is closed for an exceptional reason (urgent repair, water quality control, etc.) Casa Ilda is not responsible in case of exceptional closure. Only the administration is able to order its opening or closing. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
