4.0La posizione era ottima per raggiungere l'O2 arena, per questo l'avevamo scelta. Vicino all'appartamento c'è la fermata del bus sia per andare verso il centro che verso l'arena.
− L'appartamento doveva essere per tre persone, invece oltre alla camera c'era solo un divano (non un divano letto com'era indicato). Inoltre, quando siamo arrivati c'erano solo due asciugamani, non 3, e anche in seguito alla nostra segnalazione non ci sono stati forniti, se non l'ultimo giorno quando ormai non servivano più. L'appartamento era sporco, nei cassetti abbiamo trovato anche asciugamani usati e lasciati li.

3.0− Am fost informat târziu de către proprietar ca are probleme cu boilerul. Nu am ajuns la locație. A trebuit sa cautam cazare la sosirea în Londra. Bokingul nu ne a ajutat prea mult
