− Falta de mantenimiento al lugar, poca predisposición para solucionar el problema con el agua caliente ( el calefon andaba solo 2 min)

− No tenía calefacción y hacía Frío, solo un hogar a leña y me hizo pagar la leña. Colchones viejos, horribles. Vajilla fea. El Calefon funcionaba cuando quería. Sin estacionamiento
