10.0The apartment was great, with big rooms and all the necessary kitchen appliances. It was well-decorated and very comfortable. It's within walking distance of a walking lane and has some restaurants nearby. It's easy to grab a taxi and go around. The internet was good. The communication with the manager (Janilson) was very good - he promptly answered all of our questions and quickly supported us with any issues.
− The neighbourhood was safe and had security guards all over. But if you are the type who likes to explore the neighbourhood on foot and see locals around, this may not be your preferred place to stay in Praia.

9.0The area was safe and walkable to the beach, town although you can pay 2 euro’s for a cab ride anywhere in town.
− The water went out for half a day but the property management fixed it as soon as possible.
