This home was cozy and comfortable, meeting all of our expectations.
9.0The location was great for what I went to Miami to do. It was not far from restaurants or stores that were needed. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.
− The first hiccup was the fact that it seemed like I almost lost my reservation. Apparently at this home, there is a 3 night minimum. I booked through booking.com that allowed me to book and pay for 2 nights. When I contacted the host to let them know that we were on our way and I was requesting the door code, it was as if he had no clue there was a reservation. However, we were able to clear that up. The 2nd hiccup that we had was that the door code was not working initially. The owners first had to open the door remotely, then they were able to reset the code.
Horrible nightmare. Fighting flies and kitchen is unsanitary with flies and mouse droppings.

− Flys and mouse droppings.... the gaslighting by host telling me mice and flys are apart of the ecosystem so I should be ok with those issues.... requesting a refund for my pain/suffering/uncomfortability...also, not a good location.
