Anlauf- und Kontaktschwierigkeiten, danach aber war es gut.
6.0− Probleme mit dem Parkplatz trotz telefonischer Rückfrage, technische Schwierigkeiten beim Öffnen des Schlüsselschließfaches - konnten telefonisch gelöst werden, kaputtes Fenster, defekte Badtür, lockere Duscharmatur, schwieriges Auffinden der Fewo im Haus - ein einfaches Türschild "Fewo Mia" an der Tür könnte Abhilfe schaffen. Trotzdem hat es uns gefallen.

9.0Hervorragende Lage nähe Stadtzentrum.
Wohlfühlfaktor !
10.0Die FeWo im Erdgeschoss hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Küche hat alles was man so braucht, ruhige Lage und zentral, Bäcker gleich um die Ecke, 5min bis in die Altstadt.

− Glasplatten im Kühlschrank waren verklebt, Backofen mit Krümel auf dem Blech, keine Lampe an der Sitzecke
