10.0Clear well furnished, 2 car garage. Awesome layout with 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom on one side of the staircase/landing and another 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the other side.

− The floor level has no bathroom facilities. With disabilities it was difficult going up and down everytime. Cars Park at the end of the driveway made it very difficult to get in and out.
