Gut ausgestattete Wohnung beinahe direkt an schönem Strand
9.0Fast direkt an einem schönen ruhigen Strand, nur 5 Minuten durch ein schmales Waldstück. Wenig Infrastruktur vor Ort, man muss mit dem Auto nach Fort Pierce. Der Name der Unterkunft ist etwas irreführend, Villa legt nahe, dass man ein eigens Haus hat. Dies ist nicht der Fall, es handelt sich um vier Wohnungen in einem großen Haus mit eher kleinem Garten (für amerikanische Verhältnisse). Dies geht aber aus der Beschreibung hervor. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch groß. Das Mobiliar ist zwar nicht neu, aber in Ordnung.Alles funktionierte gut.
− Wir hatten eine der oberen Wohnungen. Dort gibt es eine Verande, mit der zweiten Wohnung oben zusammen. Diese ist möbliert, aber nicht besonders gut ausgestattet und auch eher klein. Zwar sollen alle Mieter den Garten unten nutzen können, doch wenn die Wohnungen unten belegt sind, würde das deren Privatsphäre schon stören., da keine Bereiche im Garten den Wohnungen zugeordnet sind. Der Außenbereich ist okay, aber man merkt schon, dass hier länger nicht mehr investiert wurde. Das mag auch daran liegen, dass das Haus zum Verkauf angeboten ist. Ein gewisser Investitionsstau ist bemerkbar, aber das Haus ist durchaus noch gut nutzbar.Die Sauberkeit war ausreichend, aber an gewissen Stellen durchaus verbesserungswürdig.

10.0Everything! The beds were very comfortable and the blanket very well quality. Every blanket we wanted to take home. Very clean and easy to access the beach. Would go back again!
