Wonderful stay
10.0We had a wonderful stay at this house and truly enjoyed our vacation. The house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and the location was excellent. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the host was friendly and responsive.
I would have preferred a comfortable stay at a hotel with a decent mattress!

− Mattresses were very uncomfortable. Yard was overgrown upon arrival, porch was peeling paint and there was no cable tv as advertised

10.0The location was so serene. The lake The pool. Neighbors very friendly. Loved the instruction manual Loved all the utensils/grill
− 3 small issues. Beds a little uncomfortable Air not on when arrived. Very warm Steps to bedroom above kitchen very steep and felt a bit unstable.
We had a nice time and the house was nice and on a quiet road
6.0the location was fine. the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The couches were comfortable and it was nice to have cable TV.
− There was no handrail to the side door where the key was and the wooden steps need some repair. Also, the wood walkway needs some repair as does the handrail to the deck; it was loose. There is only one bathroom and it would be hard to get 8 people showered after going to the beach or pool if u wanted to go out to dinner or whatever. Also, there were no handrails to use to get into the shower/tub combination. It would be hard for an older person with mobility problems to get i and out.
