Estadia agradável e uma boa experiência mas podia ter sido melhor
7.0O condomínio é muito bom, tem uma boa piscina, bons espaços comuns com muitas espreguiçadeiras e tudo bem tratado. A moradia era muito bonita e comoda, tinha a vantagem que assim que abriamos a porta ou a varanda tinhamos a piscina logo ao lado
− A comunicação com o anfitrião foi inexistente, mandei mensagem antes da estadia e ainda não obtive qualquer resposta. A comunicação com a empresa intermediária que trata do alojamento no local também tem uma comunicação dificil, mandam mensagens no whatsapp mas chegam a demorar 24h ou mais a responder. Sentimo-nos um pouco desamparados em caso de problemas, apesar de termos tido um problema com a tv e até ter sido facil de resolver. Ar condicionado avariado um todas as divisões, neste caso nos 2 quartos e na sala quando anunciam que a propriedade tem ar condicionado. Existe um problema com o lava loiças que está meio entupido e já é de conhecimento pois tem á o desentupidor para que possamos minimizar o problema, numa semana tive de o usar 3 vezes
