The location was great for walking distance to all amenities, shops and the town centre. The road was very quiet. The kitchen was well equipped and the overall house was very clean.

− The layout of the living room was a little awkward with 5 of us staying there.

Fantastic place to stay for a trip to Cheltenham, easy to access and cosy rooms with comfy beds.

− We found the heating system (one of the nights, the temperature suddenly dropped) a bit confusing but it didn't really affect our stay.

Nice location, spacious room, quiet neighborhood.

− - On street parking is tricky, had to spend time to find a parking space. - Had to choose to pay non-refundable Guest Protection for £30.00 or refundable deposit £300.00 plus non refundable fee:£5.00 to cover accidental damage for the property and everything inside it, which should already be included in the booking fee. - Front and back garden bins were full of rubbish from previous guests - The third bedroom sits up in a converted loft, but the access is via very steep stairs.Not ideal for young children or anyone with mobility issues. - The property has plenty of character, though it would benefit from some minor repairs and updates.

The house is very specious and comfortable. It is well equipped and tidy. It is great for a family, very nicely designed. Attention to details was paid to make our stay great, there was a Christmas tree in the house and board games. The location is amazing for visiting the Cotswold and also in the nicest part on Cheltenham. Lots of nice restaurants in walking distance, quiet neighbourhood and very responsive & helpful owners.

− Generally everything was great, there were a couple of tiny things needing TLC like the toilet roll holder and towel holder were lose and came of the wall when using the towel. Some of the radiators were not working, like the ones in the attic bedroom. However the house on the whole was warm enough and the owners were super responsive and quick to reply.

Ideal house for a group of people wanting to visit / stay in Cheltenham. Walking distance to town centre and the bus

Me and 4 bridesmaids stayed here as I got married at the church 30 seconds away. The property has great space, really clean and beautifully decorated.

− Parking is busy, but the whole road is free - it was fine.
