We had a good stay at Santa Rosa beach , house needs work done and mold and water condensation everywhere is not accepta
5.0Close and convenient to pool and beach access . Wagon n beach toys, fenced backyard area .
− Mold on ceilings in bathrooms and some bedrooms. Ceiling air vents drip water, tubs have poor draining , carpet needs replaced it feels moist as well! Carpet and sand and water not a good mix anyways for cleanliness. Side door doesn’t not latch has to be locked or lids or animals can open with a slight push. There were also large and small bugs in kitchen , bug spray was under kitchen cabinet so this must not be a new problem but an unresolved problem . A lot of money spent to have said above problems ! I messaged on text no reply :(
We arrive to a full garbage can got no assistance since pick up wasn’t until Thursday. Therefore we had the prior guest

Comfortable home in great location. Could be cleaner but overall an affordable option.

− The home was spacious. The kitchen was sparingly stocked with mismatched items. We ate out a lot so it wasn't a huge factor. The lack cleanliness was our least favorite. We killed a fair amount of bugs and found more dead ones in kitchen/bathroom cabinets. Appeared to be a pet stain not addressed in upstairs hallway.
Everything was good until the last day the A/c unit went out and no one came to fix it
