1.0− Zarezerwowałam pokój wieczorem, a rano dostałam informację, że hotel nie może zapewnić noclegu, bo jest pełny – mimo potwierdzonej rezerwacji. Poproszono mnie, abym sama anulowała rezerwację (pobyt był już zapłacony, oferta bezzwrotna). Na wiadomości odpowiadano bardzo słabo, a prośba o anulowanie potwierdzonej rezerwacji przez hotel była ignorowana. W końcu przestali odpisywać. Bardzo nie polecam!

Bei meiner nächsten Reise in die Gegend werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
10.0Super freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die sehr späte Anreise war kein Problem und ich wurde herzlich empfangen. Mein Zimmer war sehr geräumig und ausgesprochen sauber. Immer wieder gerne!
