Amazing view from the balcony, luxurious pool, and good quality bedding made for a wonderful stay!
9.0Pick up at airport with someone to drive us to the apartment, however we had to walk the last 300m while it should have been possible to drop us off at the doors (that's what was done for guests of other apartments).
− There was only one pool key making the logistics of going to the pool complicated when there are 8 people staying in the same apartment.
Beautiful unit, beautiful views, but way too difficult to access for us to stay again.
5.0The property itself was wonderful, with a beautiful view. Hosts provided everything required, including lots of extras such as numerous games, books and even pool and beach toys.
− We were aware of stairs in the unit itself, but no one mentioned the stairs you had to negotiate each time you wanted to enter or exit the unit. Luckily, we had left our daughter who has a mobility impairment a home for this trip, but, as we are in our 70''s and we also travelled with 2 young grandchildren, the stairs were an impediment. This was especially true when trying to negotiate them with fully loaded bags on arrival and departure. Also, the valet service was very poor, dropping us at the end of a long entry road, probably exceeding 400 metres, and leaving everyone but myself to walk to the unit, dragging their fully loaded bags. The pick-up to return to the airport was not much better, although this time we refused to walk as there are also 2 large hills to negotiate. The 'valet' then loaded our bags onto the golf buggy in such a manner that 2 of our large bags would have fallen off while driving up the hill. Other valet services were driving their guests to the door, but the service we had refused. Definitely spoilt our impression of the property itself.
We’ve been to Hamilton many times. Unfortunately edge 5 is looking very tired
