A nice stay but disappointed in lack of communication regarding ongoing construction
6.0Comfy home with everything one would need. It was nice to have a small yard for my dog and everything was easy to find. The location is convenient with as short walk to downtown.
− I couldn't park where I was specifically told to park because there was utility construction going on both in front and along the side of the house. Fortunately, there was someone there that pointed out an alternate spot to park. I wasn't informed of the construction beforehand and likely would have changed my decision had I known. It was a last-minute booking and I did get a deal, but it was still more than I really wanted to spend and my expectations were not close to being met simply because of the construction which was going on until 7pm and started up again by 8am on the one night I was there. The lack of communication was the biggest problem and did not ask for any form of refund.

Quaint little home from home in Leadville
10.0Superb location round the corner from the main road. Enjoyed being self contained in a little house. V useful having a washing machine and dryer.
− Didn’t affect us, but you could save a fortune by insulating the place better.
