We appreciated the nice furnishings and comfortable beds. The kitchen was stocked with all the kitchen gadgets you need. Plush towels, updated rooms/bathrooms. It was very comfortable and perfect for our stay. Fred Meyer is across the street, so grocery store is nice being close by. 2 parking spots in private driveway. Owner/rental agency is quick to respond if you have questions/concerns and communicates very well.

− With accommodations to sleep upto 10, there is only 4 seats for the dinner table and limited seating in the living room. We made it work (with our 8), but thought I would mention it in case guests would like to have this information. Also, if you have several couples joining you, parking can be challenging if you have more than 2 cars. There are 2 parking spots in the driveway, which was good, but if you have more than 2 cars, you will need to drive around to find parking on the street. (Of course, also not the fault of the owner, just wanted to mention this).

Excellent location with grocery and coffee options literally across the street. My family was very comfortable during our stay in Corvallis while visiting a friend at OSU. We appreciated having all of the comforts of home and plenty of space to spread out. There were plenty of clean linens and the beds were very comfortable. The showers both had very good water pressure.

Cute house that was quickly flipped from college student home to overpriced vacation rental

The house was very clean and adorably decorated.

− It was very warm at the beginning at our stay and even though the house is listed as having AC it is only in three rooms. The upstairs attic rooms were very warm and when we opened the windows to help the house cool off in the morning and late evening many of the windows did not have screens. This felt like a safety issue especially with my 3 year old traveling with us. Also the bedroom at the top of the stairs is missing a door knob making it very difficult to open.
