10.0Location,the view and the space we had was phenomenal. Also the room had everything even beach towels n chairs. Caribbean fish market was amazing,Virgilio’s near the waterfront was also top notch. Swimming with the sea turtles was a dream come true!!! And being there the wk of Carnival and J’ouvert was the cherry on top. We had the trip of a lifetime on St Thomas and Mr Richard’s place was PARADISE
− The long walks to the beach. Should have golf carts to bring disabled and elderly guests down to the beach area.

Large rooms, comfortable facilities, on beach w views, need car and unreliable water supply in St Thomas
7.0Location was great, ocean views, spacious (3bed, 3 bath), access to private beach, amenities (pool, chairs, taxis through Elysian resort). Was able to checkout at noon as we had a late afternoon flight.
− Bathrooms need to be updated but not deal breaker. Not specific to this property but on last day, there was no water to the condo, no warning and no idea when it would be back on. We had to buy water bottles to brush teeth, bathe and flush toilets. Seems to be par for the course in St Thomas. You absolutely need a car to travel around St Thomas - one way taxi for family of 5 w carryons only from airport was $115 (w tip).
