10.0The property exceeded our expectations! Exceptionally clean and presented as described in the photos. Perfect rental for our family. We were moving in our daughter for college, and it provided us a home-like place to gather before returning home. Very responsive owners & all needed info was provided in advance of our stay, as well as follow-up correspondence, which was truly special! We will definitely stay here again whenever we come from NC to visit our daughter!

9.0The apartment is situated next door to LSU campus, which has been a great asset to my trip. It is a clean and quiet place. The place is safe and the appearance of the LSUPD patrol car on a regular basis gave an additional sense of security. There is an additional parking space behind the building besides the one in the front. The apartment itself is very spacious. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances. I would definitely recommend this place for staying in Baton Rouge. For sure, I will consider it for my next journey
− The tiled floor is very cold (especially when it is cold outside), and additional carpets in the bedroom and next to the couch in the living room would be great. Besides, there was an unpleasant smell in the apartment (might be caused by the heating system).
