8.0Die Größe der Wohnung war super. Die Lage hervorragend, mitten im Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für 2 Personen benötigt. Die Vermieterin hat immer sofort auf Anfragen reagiert.
− Sollten 6 Personen in der Wohnung wohnen, fehlt es im Wohn- und Esszimmer an gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten.

− im 2. Stock mit ca. 40 Stufen für unsere Mutter fast 80 schwer zu erreichen Fenster schlecht isoliert, der Lärm von draussen war zu hören
