Comfortable stay here host very nice and approachable,location was perfect for us but we know the area which was helpful

− The driveway drivers should be made aware of a large piece of concrete sticking up out of the ground especially if arriving at night in the dark

− Far too hot overnight, large cobwebs on exposed beams, only one bed made up ready, icebox in fridge not secure, open food in fridge on arrival , property very basic.
Unfortunately the property was not private with access also for the person staying downstairs. As a solo traveller I fel

8.0Rose was Lovely Perfect location for me Relaxing feel Parking Just what I needed.
− Being picky with this but tv picture poor and pixelated. Toilet bit cramped. Steep steps fine for me but might not suit all. But no surprise as a loft barn conversion lol.
