− The bathroom curtain blinds were full of dust, the toilet seat cover is very old. The bedroom carpet looks dirty and very old. They only show you the rent money on the advertisement of which it was ZAR1,530.07 Hiding the :VAT 15.00%: ZAR229.51 Cleaning: ZAR400.00 Management Fee 3.50%: ZAR53.55 Additional tax: ZAR68.03 I ended up paying the Total price of ZAR2,281.16
