7.0Plenty of room, quiet area, had any amenity that I might need.
− Single A/C isnt big enough to cool the whole apartment and the air filter was clogged up, mattress is pretty beat up and tough to sleep on.
Wonderful intimate place. Very clean and comfortable!
10.0The property was as it was described. I loved it. I didn’t like Binghamton. But if the host had places in other areas I would choose her. I had a family emergency and I had to leave. The host asked for reasonable things with trash and things. I had to rush to hospital for my mom. I wasn’t able to do what she asked. But if I didn’t have an emergency; I would have done what she asked and more. Excellent Host!

10.0Very quiet neighborhood. The apt was very cozy. Loved the little balcony..and most of all the claw foot tub. It was furnished with everything...even a Keurig!!!
− The stairs were tight.and steep
