− Bathrooms & bedroom were fine . Living room/kitchen facilities & equipment VERY poor. Official complaint made still awaiting satisfactory response. What will bkg.com do?

7.0− The matrices were sagging.
Please stay away, would not recommend this property in Venice, it was a scam.
1.0absolutely nothing. only negative reviews. collecting keys was such a hassle, communication is done through a third party and they do not accept early check-ins. Key collection is a good 20min walk away from the apartment, a complete disappointment.
− the apartment for 3 looked nothing like the pictures. we were only allowed to check-in at 5pm because the cleaners had not cleaned our rooms. the property is very unclean and unhygienic, it looks very different from pictures. the building itself is very old and outdated.

8.0Once we opened up all of the blinds and let the light in it was a beautiful traditional Venetian home with lots of character. Clean and comfortable and spacious. Location was good, short walk to the Rialto Bridge.
− Unfortunately, the two bathrooms were not the best however due to the age of the building I can understand the limitations. The two showers were very very small and would only suit average size people. The showerhead in the main bathroom kept falling down and you needed to keep your hand holding it.
Guest review
4.0− What I did not like most was the bed. It felt very old and uneven, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on. The building also had a somewhat musty smell. Because of this, we decided to leave after just one night instead of staying longer. The photos also did not accurately reflect the apartment, which was disappointing upon arrival. Communication with the host was not ideal and could have been better throughout our stay.
