− Na krótko przed przyjazdem zostałem poinformowany, że zarezerwowane przeze mnie mieszkanie nie będzie dostępne, a w zamian zostanie mi zapewniony lokal zastępczy. Niestety standard mieszkania zastępczego znacząco odbiegał od pierwotnej rezerwacji. W lokalu panował duży kurz, natomiast łazienka znajdowała się w piwnicy, gdzie wyraźnie wyczuwalna była wilgoć. Dodatkowo wanna była w nieodpowiednim stanie czystości i wymagała uprzedniego umycia, aby można było z niej skorzystać.

There was nothing to like

− I booked a room advertised as a double room with a patio, but what we were given was a very small room with none of the promised features. The patio was missing, and the facilities listed were not provided. The room was also not clean, and the kitchen was in a very poor condition there were no pots or basic equipment, and everything was messy and unclean. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing and did not match the description at all.

La posizione comoda vicina alla metro di Euston, letteralmente sotto casa.

− - Il letto scomodo e coperte sporche - stanza troppo piccola, minuscola...apri la porta e ti si sbatte contro la scrivania - bagno tenuto male, finestra inesistente, poca luce - poco igiene - scale strette e ripide - puzza ovunque

− Çarşaflar bile kirli lekeli idi şikayetçi olduk İlgisiz kalındı. Böyle olacaksa Diğer günler kalamayacağım iptal edin istedim umursamadılar. Başka otel buldum 2-3. Gün kalmadım. Rezalet şikayetçiyim. Paramın iadesini istiyorum.

Convenient location, good value for money, small but comfortable & secure.

The location was excellent, right beside Euston Station, & very close to Euston Square tube station, there were two pubs a few steps away that both served real ale & food. There was no traffic or general noise to be heard from the room, it was quiet, comfortable, warm & secure. There was only one other room to share the bathroom with on our floor, which was no bother at all. There was a kitchenette with drink making facilities, also a washing machine should you need it. We even had a little patio/balcony (shared with the next door room) which would be lovely to sit out in, in the warmer weather.

− I had to call the owners by mobile a few times to get them to text us the entry codes after we had arrived as they only release them on your arrival day, fair enough but I had previously contacted them & explained we do not get emails etc on our mobiles so would specifically need a text. Once we had the codes, no more issues. Now we 'know the score', we know what to expect if we stay again, for us it was the ideal base for our weekend away (2 nights).
