− We had to pay entry fee to the resort VND 150,000 (AUD 10.00) per person per day, so you need to add this amount to the total rent. The entry fee does not include any privileges, which means you will need to pay more should you want to visit other facility within the resort, for example to visit the Rose Garden, it will be another VND 50,000. We think the resort entry fee is a rip-off and should be reflected in the rent, rather than displayed in the fine print.

A damage deposit of VND 2000000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
