Appartement top pour visiter Londres mais parking payant!
7.0appartement fonctionnel et très calme. Extérieur bof mais bonne surprise une fois entrés! Propre et serviettes à disposition. Hôtes réactifs en cas de demandes. Proche bus et métro pour aller à Londres centre. Les jours de motivation on a même tout fait à pied (en 1H15 on est dans pas mal de sites sympas) On y retournera sûrement
− Manque équipements de base en cuisine (une passoire par exemple, un décapsuleur...).Pas de torchon pour la vaisselle et seulement 2 rouleaux de PQ à dispo (selon la durée du séjour et le nombre de personnes c'est juste). Pas de quoi faire un petit ménage entre deux non plus (un balais serait bienvenu) Mégots sur la terrasse et pas de salon de jardin comme sur la photo du site On a dû payer notre emplacement parce qu'il n'y a qu'une place gratuite et non réservable et que bien sûr elle était occupée (70livres alors qu'on s'était éloigné du centre exprès pour cette place gratuite). Lit de la chambre très bien, le canapé lit est coupé en deux par une barre métallique difficile à oublier, petit gabarit seulement!(pour rester sur l'un des deux pans du canapé)
Could have been better if they take the effort to reply back and reimburse the deposit as promised

− This company is a scam they raised my deposit fee from £100 to £200 which is fraud as they didn’t mention any of this on the description. I ended up cancelling and was told I would get a refund the next working day which I didn’t. They refused to reply back to booking.com which took me ages to get back my money. I will not me booking them again and I do not recommend
Great place and great staff
10.0Very spacious property with a garden this flat was also pet friendly. The best part was the staff and landlady. Everyone was so friendly and helpful we needed to extend our visit and they were always fast to reply and so polite they couldn’t do enough for us. I would recommend staying here

− WiFi connection goes On and off which was annoying TV is old and doesn’t connect to WiFi Closed appartement , less exposed to light Owner was not responsive actively when we requested to extend the check out time
