Spoiled by terrible customer care from the agent.
1.0Wonderful location, lovely house.
− 1. Being made to wait three hours after the stated arrival time until after 7:00pm for the house to be cleaned. 2. Being gaslighted by Luis, the agent, who said we, the customers, should understand that August is very busy, so even though we were told the property would be available 'After 4:00pm', it could be anytime after that (who else works like that?). 3. Having to beg him to let us into the complex to use the wider grounds and pool while we waited for the cleaners to arrive - this took 36 minutes as we waited outside in the searing heat. 4. Having no hot water until the morning after arrival, and being 'told off' by Luis for not being prepared to follow his lengthy repressurising instructions for the boiler (including radiator keys and a bucket!). The owners are being badly let down by a very poor agent. On another occasion, we might have had an incident free 10/10 stay because it's a lovely property in a wonderful location . However, that boiler needs serious attention - see other reviews - and will fail again no doubt, and it doesn't seem that Luis is going to change his style of customer service any time soon.

− A casa apresenta vários problemas , de manutenção , cheiro insuportável na casa na dê banho principal . Queda de luz com frequência e o sistema de aquecimento de água se desligava constantemente .

− Pool could be deeper. Some dishes were not properly clean. The barbecue grill was dirty.

5.0Da localização, do espaço, da piscina e court de ténis. Do sossego do espaço e da paisagem.
− Não gostei de informar os responsáveis de 3 situações graves e não ter resposta. Até agora ainda não me disseram nada! A casa não tinha ar condicionado e foi impossível descansar durante a noite pois estava muito quente e abafado, se abrissemos a janela éramos picados por insetos. Durante as 3 noites não dormimos quase nada. Para além disso,algo que nunca tive em lado nenhum, foi sermos obrigados a tomar banho com água fria, a água quente nem para um banho dava e nós éramos cinco pessoas. Uma terceira coisa, foi a expetativa de poder tomar café,quando quisesse sem ter de me deslocar, a máquina estava lá mas não era nespresso como me disseram, pelo que tivemos de comprar mais cápsulas Dolce Gusto e depois a máquina não estava a funcionar corretamente.
