7.0Well situated as a base. Excellent washer & dish washer/oven/microwave. Nice garden. Bathrooms and toilets lovely. Master bedroom bed comfortable.
− Small bunk beds, uncomfortable. Double bed also uncomfortable.

7.0Great location for visiting area. Enclosed and safe garden for dogs and children. Modern appliances in kitchen.
− One of the sofas was damaged and uncomfortable to sit on, ripped and stuffing showing. Mattress in bedroom 2 was extremely uncomfortable, needs replacing. One of slat on top bunk bed broken and poorly fixed with tape, not good for a child’s bed. All windows difficult to open/close need repairing. Some areas of cleaning need looking at, gold confetti left from a previous guest, hairs in bath, rubbish under sofa. Rattan furniture in garden not very safe to sit on. Think the property needs repairing and TLC

10.0Before arriving, the owners put on the fans so when we got there it wouldn't be boiling with the recent hot weather. The property was very clean & very close to local amenities. My dog loved the big back garden.
− Unfortunately the bed wasn't too comfortable. The mattress felt like it needed a replacement but for the couple days we were there it was alright.
