Größe und Aufteilung der Wohnung, Smsrt-TV, optimale Verdunklung der Fenster, gut funktionierende Air-Condition, Parkplatz vor der Türe, modernes, ansprechendes Design.

− Abgewohntes, stark verflecktes Sofa, Kücheneinrichtung in die Jahre gekommen mit deutlichen Gebrauchsspuren. Kunstlederbezüge (Sessel und Stühle) sind teilweise aufgerissen. Direkt hinter dem Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Grünstreifen, auf dem die vielen Hunde Gassi geführt werden. Hinter dem Grünstreifen führt eine stark befahrene Umgehungsstraße entlang.

Very pleasant stay in spacious apartment. First time in Olhau and will probably return.

Very clean. Isabel kindly greeted us at an earlier check in time which was appreciated, as was the welcome pack which included biscuits, tea, jam, pate. Plenty of toiletries, toilet rolls, towels in bathroom and a good supply of bedding. Comfortable beds and good storage, although no bed side tables in one bedroom. Pool area was reasonable size for the number of apartments, although the sun beds were rather uncomfortable. Lovely sun set views from the roof terrace. Marina opposite the apartments had good bars and restaurants.

− Too few electrical sockets in the apartment. None near the beds and only one in the kitchen which was very loose. Unable to turn on air con with the remote in both bedrooms. This wasn’t a great problem as fortunately temperature at night was bearable, otherwise we would have used one of the contact numbers we were given. We were unable to find mini market or supermarket in the vicinity.

Great apartment in a small town.

The pool is great. Lots of parking. 15min walk to the town centre. Very friendly staff. Answered everything in time. Helpful and spacious apartment for four of us.

We had such a warm welcome from Isabel. She gave us loads of local recommendations. The apartment was very well set up with all the facilities you would need for a self catering holiday. The team were very responsive to messages. When we had to leave early,, Isabel was very kind and helpful getting us back to the airport
