1.0− Owner never answered their phone. Was impossible to contact them.

− Building has steps no escalators it is difficult to move with luggage

− Many items which we tried to communicate to the owner who did not do so adequately. Items such as noisy leaking toilet, loose side tables, no teaspoons, ac did not work, not enough blankets, thin nylon bed covers, strange decor, bath very narrow and caulking is broken and mouldy
