8.0Die Lage war super, sehr zentral. Man hatte viel Platz in der Wohnung und der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. war auch immer schnell zu erreichen.
− Könnte etwas sauberer sein und das Bett war ziemlich unbequem und klein für 2 Personen. Die Parkgarage war etwas seltsam, da oft komische Menschen herumgelaufen sind. Alleine würde ich da nicht rein wollen als Frau.

7.0La proximité du centre de Dallas, des commerces à proximité. Confortable pour 2 personnes
− Pour qu il soit réellement adapté pour 4 adultes il faudrait 2 chaises supplémentaires car il n y en avait que 2 , un vrai canapé lit et non un lit futon trop petit, il y a avait également un matelas gonflable mais qui se dégonflait durant la nuit. Le ménage laissait un peu a désirer

10.0La localisation est au top ! La chambre est au calme. La place de parking est géniale et le système de Check in à distance est très pratique. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Le logement est spacieux, la piscine et les barbecues à disposition sont très agréables.
− Il n’y avait pas de table de salle à manger (pas de café (mais présence d’une machine) ni de shampoing donc pensez à prendre le vôtre. Mais à part cela, tout était parfait et le reste de la cuisine était très bien équipé.
Value for Money
9.0Hosts were very accommodating, after getting off a 14hr flight we could check in early. Place was massive! Value for money thats for sure. The fitness centre was great.
Was great, would definitely do again if welcomed!
10.0A little more heads up on the security access (which was a pleasant bonus btw) would have helped out upon initial arrival but it worked out very well and was appreciated.
− Heads up on lack of cook ware in case of planned meals at property.
