− When we arrived the apartment was not cleaned after the previous guests. The beds were clearly slept in, the floor mudy and dirty, in the bathrooms were hair everywhere. I dont reccomend anyone to stay in this place. After complain they informed us that they are sorry and they will return us money for the first night because we needed to wait 3 hours before the apartment was clened. It was more than a month ago and even after several messages the owner always writes that they are arranging the transfer, but clearly they do not intend to send the promised money back. It was a terrible situation for us, because we had kids and they were terribly tired after the whole day and were not even able to lay down and rest till like 22,30 pm.

At de raskt tok tak i problemer som oppsto under oppholdet og hørte med oss underveis om alt sto bra til. Det var lett å finne frem, og ble lettere å komme seg rundt når vi ble kjent med kollektivtilbudet. Den lokale lille butikken var veldig søt og hadde hyggelig betjening.

− Da vi ankom var det vann utover hele kjøkkengulvet og benken, det var noe galt med boileren slik at den lakk vann (det kom reparatør dagen etter). Vi fant også kun 3 håndkle (vi var 5 gjester), men fikk raskt levert 3 ekstra. Ellers ordnet vi ut med resten som manglet selv. Vi ankom til at det kun var tørkepapir tilgjengelig, og tørketrommelen var full av lo i lofilteret og vann i vannbeholderen. Det lå også igjen diverse trolig etter forrige gjest (tannbørste, parfyme og deodorant. Samt litt søppel i søpla).

The location was great and close to the Tube straight into London. The kitchen facilities were ideal, especially the Ninja Airfryer great touch. Bedrooms were a decent size and the beds were clean and comfy. We all had an excellent weekend in an ideal accommodation, which was ideal for our needs for a 2 nights stay. It was reasonably priced for our group and good for parking right outside. Plus an added bonus, Newcastle United won the cup final!!

− The toaster could do with being replaced and a few more towels provided. Both shower head/holders in both showers were broken, which need attention, as we were only able to hose our bodies down using the shower head and could not stand underneath the spray/shower head. On the whole, the house could have been cleaner.
