7.0Well located and affordable. Not really a 2 bedroom house but more like a demountable.
− The bed in the second bedroom consisted of bunks and the mattress in the lower bed needed replacing as it saved.

5.0− Sofa bed was broken upon arrival. Sleeping on it was very uncomfortable. Underneath the sofa bed we found lots of dirt and trash. Other beds had visible hair and dirt particles on the sheets.
