The view and the hot tub are doing most of the heavy lifting on the listing. It’s what isn’t shown that is the problem.

− Ok, I’m going to try to be objective and fair. We arrived during high winds and the screeching coming through the patio doors was horrendous. There are so many holes and badly fitting seals it played like a flute all night. The size of the property came as a shock, and the cleaning wasn’t good. The bathroom sink tap was hanging loose and had to be operated with two hands. Because the apartment is so small the bed head is immediately beside the toilet door. On the subject of the bed, it is hard and uncomfortable and very low to the dusty floor. The massive TV on the opposite wall along with the obligatory blagged tv device has cables like spaghetti to a multi outlet adapter. The following morning at about seven, after a fitful noisy sleep we were rudely awakened by the people upstairs having a domestic at full volume. We are unsure what it was about as it wasn’t in English. May have been Greek. Anyway, we decided after our first night that the prospect of another six days was likely to leave us needing another holiday or therapy, so we left. Via the pitted , gravelly road, past the derelict buildings covered with graffiti that we had missed on the way there in the dark. We have been holidaying in villas and apartments in Cyprus for 16 years and this is the first which has left us feeling well and truly ripped off. We do try to negotiate some kind of refund but the owner wouldnt entertain it, so we were basically £546 for a twelve hour stay (minus a cheap bottle of plonk and a box of Cyprus delight which I can only assume was meant to be the bountiful welcome pack shown in the listing minus the bread, milk or anything useful). There are loads of better places to stay in Peiya and they are much more spacious (and significantly cheaper). The owner says they have back to back bookings for the forthcoming season, I can only pity anyone paying so much for such a small and uncomfortable apartment. How it is getting four stars on booking.

Certainly need a car but a great location.

Amazing views, great hot tub and wonderful silence for a peaceful holiday. Great facilities for self catering. Suburb host with Christian, really helpful.

Jacuzzi was fabulous and also the view from the terrace.

Clean and tidy apartment. Had absolutely everything you needed. Lovely big balcony with amazing views and obviously the hot tub was the icing on the cake. Special mention to Christian who went over and above to make sure everything was spot on. We will definitely be back.

Hot tub and view amazing Host Christian was very welcoming and did everything to make our stay pleasant, even got us a discount on hire car 😃

Christian, the host, waited for us at the apartments. He was one of the most friendly people we've ever met. He helped us with all our questions, within minutes! Nothing was too much, he even drove to us in the evening when the jacuzzi had a small error and fixed it immediately. It was a delight! The room was nice, the jacuzzi was perfect. The view was insane. We've had a great time in Cyprus. Would recommend 10/10!
