9.0There was plenty of room for everyone. The hot tub was an Excellant bonus as 3 of the family ran the Spartan races

9.0house was great, kitchen was well stocked for big meals for our group
− hot water heater is insufficient for a house this size. not once in four days was I able to even wash my hands with warm water. showers were lukewarm at best. most of us couldn’t shower bc water was ice cold if you weren’t first two people in.
