8.0Sehr sehr gute Ausstattung! Schön eingerichtet! Gute Lage (zentrumsnah und ebenerdig).
− Fußgänger gehen direkt am Schlafzimmer vorbei . Schlafen bei offenem Fenster nicht immer möglich. Und es liegt direkt zur Straße hin. Der Aschenbecher auf dem Terrassentisch war voll mit Zigarettenstummeln. Spinnweben in den Ecken nahe den Heizkörpern an der Terrassentür. Die Fenster gehören dringend geputzt!
