It was described as a studio flat with fridge and microwave. It had neither, just a big empty space. There was a kettle

− Room in the basement with dirty entrance, some missing equipment (bed lamps), no AC
Great location from Bayswater or Queensway stations. Near to Hyde park. Lots of local restaurants

− Room could have been bigger as had 3 single beds. The amount of stairs to get to the room.

Served a purpose but wouldn’t recommend
6.0Its location is perfect and the staff (when present) were polite and helpful.
− The very tired room with either boiling hot water or cold water for the shower, the waste water held in the sink due to poor drainage. The window was kept open with a piece of 3x2 wood and the mattress needed renewing. There was no fridge as described.
