Por ejemplo, cuando nuestra familia estaba a punto de llegar a nuestra habitación hoy, alrededor de las 3 de la tarde, ¡nos encontramos con un empleado del hotel! Nos detuvo y nos preguntó en voz alta y de forma grosera: "¿Qué hacen aquí? ¿Adónde van?". Me quedé atónita por su tono. ¡Vine aquí para gastar dinero, para disfrutar de la vida! ¡No para que me traten con tanta descortesía! ¡El personal de este hotel es increíblemente poco profesional!
