Marvelous customer service in a great location, walking distance 600 m from the Vatican
10.0Location and immediate response when in doubt. Also the cookies, slippers and water bottle at arrival. Air conditioning was convenient for these warmer nights
− Only the shower. Small-ish. A shower caddy at hands reach would solve this issue. Water alternate s hot-cold but it’s ok.

9.0Hosts very accommodating. Was able to check in early as we arrived early and able to check out late as our flight wasn’t until the evening. This was a big help for us! Great location, very comfortable place to stay!
