Overall, very enjoyable and excellent caravan and facilities.

− Some directions from the reception staff would've been helpful in finding where we had booked to stay. Signposting is not easy to read or follow to the site you've booked. The number on the mobile home is on a side window, again made it difficult to locate. On arrival, the main bedroom had a rather unpleasant smell, possibly a dog had previously been in this room. Fortunately, I'd bought an air freshner with me! Shower rail/adjustable height would've benefited to also suit a taller person. I'm 5ft 4in & at its highest position, I couldn't stand underneath it. The ridge into the bathroom gave me concern as a trip hazard for my mum, who has reduced mobility. Easy fix, I placed a door mat over it to help reduce the risk & ease my worrying each time Mum used the bathroom.
Excellent property and have recommended to family looking for future holidays.
10.0I have just returned home from a holiday at Emma’s Pad, the caravan was perfect for my mum and I as she struggles with her mobility. It site is fantastic, with extremely helpful and cheerful staff.

10.0The property is lovely. A very comfortable bed. Well equipped, it had everything we need. And a great location for exploring the area and a 5 min walk down to the beach.
