− Building smelled of cigarette smoke and mold. The hallway had drywall damage along its entire length. Our door looked like somebody had tried to break it down with a bat. The room was mostly clean but the blanket was rough and the pillows were horrible. One had what looked like a cigarette burn on it.
I will not stay here again.
2.0− There was holes in the walls. The sink in the bathroom was broken. The drawer in the kitchen had the front missing of the front. The lamp next to the bed did not work right. The bed on the couch had a stain on it. We had no sheets to put on the bed of the bed on the couch. I have pictures. They would not even give us any money back. Worst place I have stayed in.
So nasty I did not stay, and they still charged me!

− Got to my room, the door looked like it was beat all over with a hammer. Went inside, the floors were filthy, no chair to sit at the desk (I was there for work) nothing but a couple plates and cups available, the counter tops were dirty, the bathtub was nasty, plus the room was NOT what I reserved off booking. I did not stay. Was still charged $167 for the one night fee, when it was $208 plus tax for the 3 nights I had initially reserved. Staff not helpful nor did they care the room was unacceptable, still took my money!
Worst experience of my life at this roach facility
1.0This is not the property to stay at. It has an infestation of roaches and there are no workers, is whoever lives there, works there. They refused to refund my money. And I have to involve a lawyer now.
− They refused to refund me and continue to lie about it. I was compliant and respectful and just asked for a refund and 2 weeks later I still have yet to get it. Do not stay here. They will screw you over. There are better crack head homes out on the streets than this.
