10.0It was super clean really cosy and comfortable, it is beautifully decorated and the hot tub was gorgeous.
− The bed could have been softer however I prefer softer bed so it is just a preference.
A relaxing get away
7.0It was clean, in a nice quiet location. despite the comments below we had a great week and hope any comments we make will only improve the facility for future guests.
− we did not get a call back when trying to make contact with the number given to us. there are no draws to store clothes and only 5 hangers, we had to live out of suit cases, so a couple of suit case stands would have solved it. We would also have liked some where to hang coats. The hot tub water was a little green by the end of the week as there was no sieve to filter out flies and leaves, we felt some one came in when we were away and tended to it, but the back door was open on one occasion when we had both checked it locked on leaving. The outside area had not received as much cleaning attention as the inside with spiky husks from the trees dropping on the walking area giving me multiple spikes in one foot whilst getting out to put on shoes. We will bring internal security cameras on our next trips.
