10.0Ich durfte eine Woche in dieser tollen Unterkunft verbringen. Der Check-In war sehr unkompliziert über Email, alle weiteren Infos bekommt man ebenfalls per Mail und auch über WhatsApp. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber! Auch das Frühstück war perfekt. Es gibt zwar kein Buffet aber das braucht man garnicht da man alles was man braucht serviert bekommt von einem überaus freundlichen und herzlichen Personal. Der Aufenthalt war perfekt, vielen Dank!

2.0There is a clear disconnect between the people managing and the people handling reservation, we were told wrong information by our point of contact made decisions, then a few days later something else from a separate teams
