− The property wasn’t as advertised. . The furniture is stained and the bathroom sink was so blocked it would fill up just from brushing your teeth The house through the night was so loud from nearby streets that it disturbed sleep

Because of the stupid restrictions imposed on the deposit it has put me off staying here again.which is a shame really

Location Modern Good shower and comfortable bed

− When you stay 4-5 times a year in places like this you notice extra attention to details like milk, water, bottle of wine. Location was mixed as it was central which is great, but as it was so hot the windows were open and there is a lot of street noise. Stains on the couch

I would not recommend this property if you want to sleep before 0100 am.

The shower and location right in the city centre.

− The building falls in a conservation area therefore there is no insulation/double glazing or soundproofing from the noise of venues immediately outside. The EAR PLUGS ARE THERE FOR A REASON! The hob did not work and nor did the remote for the TV (wanted to put the TV on to drown out the noise) despite changing the batteries provided. The issues were not responded to in person and only placated by polite text/email from staff. If you are here to party then recommended! Do not be blinded by the NEW apartment selling as clearly cannot have modern double glazing. Had I known that I would have booked elsewhere as some noise expected but not to feel you are outside on the street.

Excellent location, everything provided for the stay.. nice touch with tea, coffee & sugar sachets.. lovely clean modern apartment.

− Nothing to dislike about the apartment though the weekend we stayed we had extremely hot weather as the apartment was in the eves it was incredibly hot inside..recognise the weather is an external influence & not a fault of the apartment. A fan was provide but still very warm.

− It was supposed to be a deluxe room. It was not. I'm extremely disappointed and feel ripped off. I paid £381.00 plus an extra £100.00, not a happy customer.

− Given wrong code to get in. Took 30+ minutes to get through to anyone to get correct code. When eventually got in found "apartment" smaller than a small hotel room. No ventilation at all, so despite being cool outside room was very stuffy. Photos are very deceptive!! I had received a message from property before I checked in asking if I wanted a super king bed or separate single beds, so was very shocked at size of the room, was far too small to fit super king bed in. Bed was a small double. Then took another 20 mins to get through to complain. Asked if they had other accomodation more suitable and told nothing available. Then checked on booking.com and other apartment was available. Company refused any kind of refund. Had to find alternative accomodation. Very poor customer service, communication and misleading photos.
