− Achtung bei dieser Vermieterin, diese möchte Ihre Instandhaltungskosten an den Gast abwälzen. Warnung, bei Ankunft alles dokumentieren, wenn bereits Schäden vorliegen! In unserem Fall war die Armatur beim Badezimmerwaschbecken bereits locker und nicht richtig fixiert. Nun möchte uns Fr. Dr. (Vermieterin) dies in Rechnung stellen, lächerlich!
