Appreciated the amount of items in the unit. The kitchen was great, it was stocked with cookware, dishes, and spices and things one might need. Made cooking so easy. Unit was quiet. Off street parking was wonderful. Host was quick to respond with messages. Will stay again!

− Smoke alarm went off every time we used the kitchen, and no it wasn’t due to our cooking 😂. Unit was overall very warm.

Shower didn't work, a mouse running around the property and workmen on Saturday night banging until 8pm.

Location was central for what was needed

− The property needed a deep clean and there was a lot of opened food left, it really felt like it was someone's house and they had just moved out for the rental.

Good neighbourhood (not too wealthy, not too poor), good house, very good furniture, not smelly but clean. Bus stops on Lexington and on Selby not too far. StPaul metro bus service is good and very friendly! Especially the bus stops on corner of Selby/Lexington is very new and complete with roofed area! Stores like Target and Aldi not far. Easy bus ride to TraderJoe’s on Lexington/Randolph. Do use the pedestrian bridge from Dunning playground and Rondo Ave! Lightrail to Minneapolis easy to reach. House has good kitchen, airco (though filters needed cleaning), good digital services (streaming, wifi), good screen (avoiding the word TV, since it is too old-fashioned and indeed no longer there)

− If you expect one bathroom per bedroom, as some Americans do, you’ll get disappointed by one central bathroom for all of the house. There is not, what Americans call, another half-bath with only a toilet. Most Europeans are used to that, but if house has multiple occupants and they have to wait to use the bath or toilet there might be some tension…. Another minor was that on first floor you could hear other people on second floor or in basement during the daytime. If you don’t mind a bit of environmental noise this is no problem.

Sehr netter Vermieter.Das Haus war sehr schön eingerichtet, nur das Bad ist etwas klein.Wir wären gerne länger geblieben , um diese schöne Wohnung und die Stadt zu genießen. Vielen Dank für den Snackkorb und das Wasser.

The bed was super comfortable. House was cute and well maintained.

− Upon arrival, the house had an overwhelming smell of marijuana and was very warm. We contacted the host who said he wouldn’t be able to come out until the following day. The maintenance man was working on the washing machine and was kind enough to help install window AC units. The master bedroom AC unit kept falling out of the window, which kept the room incredibly warm. All 3 windows that we added the AC units to, now were unlocked, opened, and available for anyone to access from the outside.
