9.0Friendly & welcoming hosts. The pool. Peacefulness. Well designed accommodation for a small space. Camp fire & BBQ. Balcony/terrace. Goats & hens. Stourhead National Trust 25 mins drive was lovely. Shaftesbury about 15 mins drive - Hovis advert hill was great.
− Nearest pub seems to be The Crown in Marnhull, which is nice, but nearly 2 miles. I wouldn't recommend walking, as it's along narrow roads, parts of which cars go by fast. Taxi back was £15.
Hosts were amazing, pool was lovely, breakfast basket was a nice treat

7.0The peace and quiet, the location and we had a good welcome from the owner
− we didn't have anywhere to hang our clothes but we managed to empty one of the drawers underneath the sofa bed to put our clothes in also it would have been nice to have a little telly for the evening but it made a change to listen to some music on the radio.
