8.0Great location overlooking dunes and sea. Characterful and comfortable. Not too far to Merseyrail for connection to city and to Royal Birkdale. Appealing outdoor space

10.0We loved the quirky style of this house; the garden was great and we enjoyed sitting out in the sunshine. It's in a wonderful tranquil spot, overlooking the beach but near to trains, shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. I love the Gormley statues and they're moments away. It's an added bonus that neighbours are friendly. Nick is an excellent host.

10.0Absolutely amazing property we all loved the decor and the pictures don’t do it justice. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud. Nic is an amazing host and replies to any request. Would definitely stay there again ! 🥰

10.0We had a lovely stay at Nick's place. He couldn't have been more helpful. Great location. VERY well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and quiet neighborhood. Beach walks in the morning. We'll definitely be back!
