− Tive problema que equipe de manutenção tentou entrar no apartamento enquanto estava dormindo. Foi um erro mas não poderia ter ocorrido. Jamais.

9.0− Fica entre duas ruas bem movimentadas, portanto, tem bastante barulho do trânsito.

− Não sei se por conta de alguma falha no aplicaticativo, eu tive muita dificuldade para acessar o segundo portão de pedestres. Foi algo estressante porque eu ficava no frio tentando abrir o portão e só conseguia depois de várias tentativas.
