Luxury Stay with Pool and Views in Gasperich♡

Disappointing stay.

Really stylish flat over amazing shopping centre. Very well equipped kitchen. Buses to nearly everywhere outside. Access to a nice gym and swimming pool. Large terrace with chairs.

− Code given to access property was wrong and it was 38°C. Fortunately after quite a while I was admitted by a kind resident who helped me sort out finding the key. Wifi didnot work and after hours of wrangling on the phone for two evenings they eventually sent someone to fix it. ( I was there for work). The air conditioning didnt work and due to the extraordinarily hot weather the temperature in the flat never dropped below 30°C. The shower flooded the bathroom every time. The mattress on the bed was bigger than the bed and awkward. There was no mattress cover just one bottom sheet. If the owners had sent someone for the check in most of the problems could have been sorted straightaway.

Квартира уютная и светлая. Замечательный балкон, где можно поужинать или насладиться утренним кофе. Панорамные окна дополняют атмосферу, вечером из спальни видна светящаяся инсталляция напротив (до 24:00))). Кровать очень удобная, спалось, как в детстве. Есть все необходимые для отдыха. Интернет и TV работают отлично. Понравилось подробное видео руководство, так что с любыми гаджетами не возникнет никаких вопросов. В здании апартаментов находится торговый центр (включая супермаркет). Все необходимое под рукой. Вода в умывальнике в ванной комнате уходила плохо. Необходимо прочистить слив)). Ручной пылесос не имел зарядного устройства, так что им воспользоваться не получилось. Остановка трамвая и автобуса рядом со зданием. В целом, я довольна этим выбором. Я могу смело рекомендовать это место друзьям.

Le confort de l'appartement et sa situation

Location was PERFECT. Loved the shutters, and the overall apartment was nice. No noise. Great for what I needed. Tempted to book again, but there were too many problems to spend £500 again.

− On arrival, I was unable to access my room because the door to Apartments at 23 was broken. I had to enter through Apartments at 21 instead. After travelling all day in December cold weather, this was extremely frustrating. I was not informed of the broken door in advance and had to wait outside in the cold while calling Arca for assistance to gain entry. Throughout my five-day stay, the room was consistently cold. I raised this issue with Arca multiple times. I was unable to sleep properly for my entire trips. On the third day, Arca finally confirmed that I was not making it up - that the thermostat was not working and that this issue had already been reported and worked on prior to my stay. Despite this, the problem remained unresolved. The air conditioning continued to run throughout the night. There were no extra blankets provided in the room. I was told there would be an electric blanket, but there was none, and there was not even a regular spare blanket available. I was not provided with one at any point during my stay. As a result, I spent all five days in constant cold and had to sleep wearing my coat every night. I have video evidence showing the thermostat not responding and documenting my repeated complaints about the temperature. I was told on two separate occasions that maintenance would attend the property. I waited in the apartment both times, but no one arrived. As a result, I lost an entire day in Luxembourg, including missing an interview that I had travelled there specifically to attend. Additionally, the dishwasher was unusable as the tray was full of water. None of the appliances had QR codes or instructions explaining how to use them. Overall, the lack of communication, unresolved maintenance issues, and the impact on my stay made this a very disappointing and expensive experience.

Nice view, spacious room and a good bed! Helpfull app assistance with Arca. Tram is a few minutes walk. Park the car at P +R sud lux

− Registration with ID took a lot of time. The water in the shower did not run away well. The pans to cook were not that good. it would be nice to have more cleaning facilities like towels in the kitchen for dishes. If you need more than 1 big towel, bring your own. It was good for us like this.
